Dr. Kari Colen

I recently was seeking a plastic surgeon for consultation for body work including vaginal and labial plasty. I came across Dr. Kari Colen’s bio. What impressed me about her was that she is young and newly trained and well versed in all new techniques available. She is a wife, a mother and a professional. What is even more spectacular is that she is the daughter of two top plastic surgeons, Dr. Helen Colen and Dr. Stephen Colen and the niece of another top Plastic surgeon from Virginai Dr. Larry Colen. Dr. Larry Colen is well published and sits on the Board of Plastic Surgery and gives the Board exam that certifies new Plastic Surgeons. She is also the daughter in law of Dr. Michael Harrison, the head of Pediatric Surgery at University of California in San Francisco who is hailed as the best doctor in this country for discovering methods and setting up the first center for operating on fetuses in utero thus preventing still births. He discovered and set the standard for being able to bypass amniotic fluid, do the surgery and fix problems that would have caused the demise of the fetus thus giving mothers healthy babies. With that pedigree, she lives and breathes surgery. Who else could I have trusted with my body if not her.  On top of that she is very nice.
