I frequently hear men poking a little fun at women who opt to have either labiaplasty or vaginaplasty done. These guys think it’s a little odd for a woman to worry about this (even though presumably they’d be all in favor of the increased sexual performance that the surgery might bring).
But as I was surfing the Web the other day, it occurred to me: Men would do it too if they had the same “equipment.” How do I know? Because many men ALREADY ARE having cosmetic surgery done on their own sexual organs!
For instance, I found online reference to many plastic surgeons who perform penis lengthening and widening. This procedure is acccomplished through a procedure which releases the man’s suspensory ligament at the point where it attaches to the penis bone. This allows the man’s penis to advance toward the outside of his body. The result: a usual gain of one to two inches in length. The actual length gain depends on the original size of the penis. A smaller penis has smaller gain, a larger one has larger gain.
And then there is a penis widening process. This normally uses dermal-matrix grafts, which are placed under the skin of the man’s penis shaft. These grafts come from donor skin, processed to remove the cells, which leaves just the dermal-matrix. Penis widening is a fairly new process, only in widespread use for about a decade.
And besides these surgical procedures, there is the whole Viagra phenomenon. All of these things show that men are just as likely to lend Mother Nature a hand as women are when it comes to improving the looks and performance of their sexual organs. In fact, perhaps more so.
