I found the staff to be refreshingly friendly and polite. Genevieve answers red questions, with patience, and a charming smile. Dr. Lisa Hartman is a rare gem! She is extremely knowledgeable, about lasers, fillers, Botox, etc. I found her ability to assuage my anxiety quite beneficial. I would trust Dr. Hartman’s recommendations, as I was most pleased with the Yag-laser area on my face she targeted! -Evan
