Anna “I had a mommy makeover (breast aug, tummy tuck and lipo) performed by Stephen Colen, MD in March 2010. Honestly, it was life changing for me – after the birth of my child I was extremely unhappy with my appearance, everything just went south. I am an active and fit individual but sadly not everything bounced back after childbirth. I did my research and met with several renowned doctors in NYC. Once I stepped into Dr. Colen’s office I knew I had reached a decision. The staff was warm and responsive. Dr. Colen patiently explained all my options and graciously answered all my questions – and I had alot of them! The pre-surgical requirements were thoroughly explained to me and I was well prepared on the day of surgery. Everyone at the office was very attentive to me and made sure I was well taken care of before, during and after surgery. I dont have to sit in the waiting room. Directly led me to a room where Dr. Kari Colen will see me. She walked me through the process for they type of surgery that I wanted done. Explained to me the whole procedure and answered most of my questions. Showed photos of prior work done and explain to me how it’s done. Visuals are always good. I appreciate doctors and their staff who take their time seeing a patient and answering any of their questions…without giving them the feeling that they are being rushed or worse being brushed off bec. they need to attend to other matters. I give high regards to people who work in the medical field. I think its a vocation to be of service to people who are sick and need medical assistance. For all of the above, the whole staff of Dr. Colen were great! Thank you.
